Why is the London Visa Office so Slow.

I am ready to submit my file need advise what would be the best way to combine papers to prepare file for instance;

1. Should I add additional index for additional docs i.e. my Father educational Docs, his Naval Services Retirement Docs etc.
2. Should I put sticky on top corner of the page to identify the doc for instance NOA me, NOA wife, IMM008 ..... etc
3. Should I bind or staple the docs together it would not be misplaced.

Please advise what would be best way to submit the file.

Do not Bind or Staple. Use 2 Binder clips to secure the file and put in the bubble envelope. CIC needs to scan all of your file into system, they anyway have to remove binding or staples in order to scan it.

But in any case they don't deny your file for its appearance.

The request asked me to attach the documents in the email.

Did you get any response after you submitted the email attachments, yet? I am in the same boat. My parents medicals reprots are not yet submitted by panel physician yet.

Finally got the AOR. My application was received on 16th May. The online status is enabled as well. It shows application received.

So it looks like the 2018 process is very fast and some folks who applied in March are already getting their PPR? am I reading the spreadsheet right? if so, it appears to be faster than 20-24 months processing time that they have listed on their website, comments? corrections?

Geez, I can't link my application at all...I have tried all combinations already, played around numbers of people on the application, nothing works looks like I have no other choice but wait for AOR.

That is right, in my case, I sent the application early April and they already asked for Medical and police certificate...
So, in my opinion they are processing the applications pretty fast, which is great!

As far as I know, as long as you have NOA from previous year, reported income over the requirement, and can prove your current employment status with confirmation of employment stating your position, employment status, and salary, that should be good enough for the Super Visa.

Others can verify if I'm mistaken or not.

Hi All,

Our Applications for My Parents and My wife's mother's Sponsorship got delivered in OTTAWA, ON on 18th May 2018 via Canada Post. We have not received any confirmation email or AOR from IRCC. When should we expect to receive the AOR, do we have any timeline estimates from other applicants.

Sept 1 - Received a medical instruction through email from IRCC
Sept 4 -Received an email requesting for Police certificate; IMM5562; Passport copy/travel Docs; IMM1017(IME) from CPC-CTD-Ottawa

I have a questions for those who have done this:

1. My mother is already back home, how can she get a police certificate/clearance here in Canada? as she stayed 1 year here from 2014-2015 and another year from 2017-2018.
2. For medical I do believe that the Physican who is accredited of IRCC will send the medical result for my mom. What kind of docs to provide as a proof f completion of the Immigration medical exam?

And as stated to the email that we have to reply to the email. So it means that we have to scan all the required docs and send it to them.

Thank you very much in advance for those people who will answer and have knowledge to my question as I only have 30 days to complete and submit all the required documents.
