Regarding Biometrics

I would like to ask regarding enrollment of Biometrics.
I have got ITA . And i still have some time to finish my PR application .
My question i that do i need to go visa centre to enroll my Biometrics before submission of PR application ?

Is it included in time frame of PR ?
