helllo froends . I have little query . Im bit worried about that . I submitted my PR application on sept 14th , its more than 3 weeks now Still no status changed . Usually how much time it takes ?

I tried to pay for PR application today . When option came transmit & pay .. Then page got frozen . I wait for more than hour but nothing happened . So i tried to close the window & sign into my account , but i cant see any option of payment again !

Happened with me , i refreshed the laptop & problem solved

I would like to ask regarding enrollment of Biometrics. I have got ITA . And i still have some time to finish my PR application . My question i that do i need to go visa centre to enroll my Biometrics before submission of PR application ? Is it included in time frame of PR ?
