We finally received PPR from LVO.. We are going to submit the passports on Sunday..we are based in Doha, so does anyone have any idea what's the average timeline for passport return from LVO?

Thank you very much..I really don't know when..an agent was handling our account. But few days before PPR the MYCIC account was showing that eligibility is under review still

Whats your timeline and when u went into SS? Havenu previously ever raised a CSE? If so what was the response u had gotten then?

I never went into SS. I’m AOR 27 Oct 2017. IP2 happened on 27 Feb. Eligibility And Criminality passed. As I mentioned above, I raised a CSE and only this time the response was different.

how do u know u r not in SS? if u have been waiting since October 2017 then it indicates you are.

Have u ordered CBSA or GCMS notes?

This is a good question. One for which I have been looking an answer for desperately.


I have ordered GCMS notes 5 times, CSIS and CBSA notes 2 times. I have not seen any indication of S15 or S16 on GCMS and on my CBSA/CSIS notes. There is a common misconception that if you don’t hear from your office within 6 months, you can pretty well assume that you have been thrown into SS Backlog.


Its not true. I passed eligibility last month in July. So you can see that it took them 9 months to check my eligibility.


IRCC is highly unpredictable. It never ceases to amaze you.

I called IRCC and I was told that my file is in London Visa office previously in Ottawa. I applied from United Kingodm although and my AOR is May 5th 2018.

Any idea of when to expect PPR?

May 4th AOR also moved to London VO. But I’m in ip2.

Under Admissibility-Security, I see

I'm hoping for the same as my last reply back in June was from DJM for the first time. My AOR is May 2017 so I feel that it's about time that I get some good news

I got the same reply back recently after I raised a CSE. On the other hand I am under Security Screening as per the CSIS letter I received in paralllel
