1. Linking can be done immediately after receiving aor1 where u will get ur uci # n other info to link.

2.After the medical is completed, ur panel physician will provide u with a emedical information sheet via email. However u can raise a CSE and submit by using the web form. However if ur document is not transferred from CPC Mississauga to ur VO then they will transfer it to ur VO after they have received it from webform. However if the documents have been transferred already then CPC Mississauga doesn’t have anything to do with the app any further and as such should be mailed to kvo using their courier address. Only Tara n Dhl u can use to courier it

Good night everyone. My husband and i are in the process of finalizing our application to sending in. My husband is the sponsor and i am the principal applicant. I am assigning my husband as my representative. So i am filling out the use of representative form and i have a question. Page 2, sectiom D of the form require two signatures. Who's signature should it be. I am not certain.

Thank you very much because i was a bit confused by the section as it said signature of applicant which is me. But then a next part said " signature of spouse or common law partner for sponsorship application". Then i was like who is that is it my signature again or my husbands. Thanks again

Guys check it out. KVo mailbox full.. emails a bounce. Lol we sending emails man. Look like they been ramming up the inbox with mails because I sent two emails last week an got only one auto reply and I usually get the auto right after an then the comprehensive email... they need to put the DM on my application and mail out my passport so I can leave before the place start get cold.
