Called IRCC jus nw..Got a rude agent who told me tat ur application is still under 6 months limit.. Tried my luck by calling in again as was desperate to get some details..Got a very helpful lady agent..Told me tat my Eligibility is recommended pass..BG check has started bt not finished yet as it is done by third party n tats y showing as not started in my application..She mentioned tat eligibility pass is a good sign..She also said tat bg check is a long process so takes time and no need to worry as application is stil under normal processing time limit..

Hoping to get ppr by next week..

As per CIC account bg check not started yet.. Bt agent said bg check has begun..I think its d case for many of us..

Received my GCMS notes:

Processed by CPC Ottawa
Eligibility: Not started
Security: Not started
Criminality: In progress
Medical: Passed

The notes, not surprisingly, don't reveal much besides the R10 being successfully completed. I will probably order new notes later today. Perhaps I will call CIC too when I return to Canada on Wednesday, to get a more up-to-date view on my eligibility/security/criminality

Another thing last time I had called CIC about a month back the agent said the security check has started. I am confused now !!!

if its 'review required' as in additional verifications then its bad news as your wait time can be 6+ months. if it means 'under review' as in passed by an analyst and waiting for a review by officer then its good news. order GCMS notes.

Thanks and I have already ordered GCMS notes . I don't know whether the agent said it was additional review , as far as I can recall he said that the eligibility is under review. He also said everything looks fine to him , but may be the GCMS notes will give a clear picture.

well as long as you are confident your reference letters, POF and PCC's are in order you dont have anything to worry abt.

Since then, no update. Called CIC a few times, my eligibility still under review for over a month already. I already ordered gcms notes and waiting for it to arrive.

nothin is wrong. its PNPO.. it paper based and takes little more time chill mate

Yeah, trying to be more patient. Just worried because a lot of oinp who have same timeline with me already got their ppr. Can't help but wonder what is wrong with my app.
