Exactly 5 months have passed since my application was in IP. About three months away from the one year deadline of processing my application

Think a few of us are in that boat . . . hang tight is all I can say.

For me:
8 months since they received it
6 months since AOR
5 months IP

Same here. My application is in IP since april 2018. No updates yet. It seems like these people forgot the applications from KW area.

I received my test invitation yesterday for September 17th. Unfortunately I will be out of the country. I sent a letter to them requesting to adjourn the test along with a copy of my tickets. Please update the sheet:

  1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on December 5, 2017.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on January 22, 2018.
  3. We started processing your application on February 8, 2018.
  4. We sent you a notice on August 20, 2018 to appear and write the citizenship test on September 17, 2018 at 12:45 PM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

We are in IP since Feb 8th and we live in Toronto. I think our applications are at St Clair. I have heard that it is a very slow office. Does anybody has experience with St. Claire?
