can I apply for citizenship if I am in Canada from April-2017 to December-2020.....

I landed and PR in April-2017....???? I have more than 1095 days

as long as your physical presence calculator is saying you have at least 1095 days in Canada .. you should be good to apply provided you meet all other requirements

I don’t see any reason why you can’t! Since you never mentioned if you left the country while you’re PR you can always use physical presence calculator for that matter. Other than that there are some background questions you need to look at here is the link for you to check your eligibility
