I used google hangout dialer. It gave me busy two time but worked on the third trial. I hope this helps

So finally I was able to call them and I was informed that my background check has been started and its in Progress and they don't need any additional documents from me. My case being processed in Montreal .
He asked me to wait till Sep end which will be 6 months.
My online status still shows "we will update you when we start your background process" .

Ignore the online account status info. Pretty much pointless. Even when you get PPR it wont change until your passport is stamped

Got ghost update today. AOR April 14th, CEC, IP2 April 20 & now ghost update.

Normally ones who move after a while tend to get in few days. Look out for ghost updates in next few days
