I recently got issued PRTD (RC-1) and now traveling to Canada to get my PR Card.

My question is what are the applications(open work permit or any other)my wife would be eligible for? Can I apply for her while I'll be waiting for my PR Card?

I am confused thought your wife was the one who had the prtd? Either way they will have to likely do outland spousal sponsorship sponsor unless the spouse can get a trv and then can apply inland with a work permit. Expect for the process to take approximately 12 months. The sponsor must remain in Canada. You will have to show how you will support yourselves while in Canada. It would much better to be employed at the time of sponsorship. You will have to show that you have savings if no job. If you have family willing to support you financially you can include that as well including their financial information.

[QUOTED]Do you mean I have to live there for a year until she gets her process done?[/QUOTE]

You need to remain in Canada while her application is processed (short trips may be acceptable) or risk it being refused.

Wait.....does this mean that, since my husband is the one applying, we couldn't all move to Canada together? I would have to submit a separate application after he gets accepted and move with my daughter a year later?? I thought we could all go at once. I'm in the USA and plan to use Express Entry.

Depends if you are included as accompanying or non-accompanying.
