Hi,

I've started to fill out my post ITA forms.

1. It is asking for membership in organizations under personal history. I have been member of some student organizations and placed it there (ie Engineering Student Organizations, Math Club etc). However, does/will CIC ask for proof of membership in these orgs? Some of those organizations are no longer active so Im worried I wont be able to show proof.

2. Do I need to include sports organization like say chess club

3. In Residence History - we have currently two houses in two different cities. The first house is where we have lived since I was a baby, and the other - we purchased about four years ago. I stay in the first house most of the time but also stay in the second house say every weekend or some parts of the week. How do I indicate it in my form? The system won't accept two overlapping entries for active residences at the same time.

1.There's no proof needed for personal history. If they need additional info they'll request it while processing your application
3. You can choose your main residence to list and mention the other one in LOE
