could you pl update what actions you took in your case?
I was a B.E. when i joined as lecturer and later promoted to head of department in a pvt university. I taught B.E students and job duties & title match with NOC 4011. so submitted appl under 4011. thoughts?

I raised a CSE for it. got a reply after about 22 days and the reply was very much automated one. I am thinking about calling them today. as last I was updated was on 3rd of july. nothing after that.
I think for a 4011 NOC u need some license or something extra like a Ph.d or something. I m not sure about this.

Hello, Is there anyone here who is yet to receive PPR email and still stuck in IP2 also crossed the 6 month mark? Anyone here knows if he/she is under security screening? An agent told me over the call that everyone goes through it but I don't understand how it can be completed in just 1-2 days after moving to IP2 as I have seen many applicants recently. I am stuck now in IP2 since 30th July and got a ghost update on 7th August still nothing and upon talking to an agent after 7th August he said that Background check is still in progress and no time frame can be given. This is so frustrating as I will be completing the 6 month mark in two weeks.

Did you asked the agent that why is it taking so long? When most application clear IP2 in 1-2 days.

Yup.. get the same generic reply every time "all applications are different. Average processing time is just that.. "average". So it can take more time or less time, we cannot predict. You will just have to wait. We will contact you when a decision has been made"... blah blah...

So you got your PPR before you receive your CSE response?

In my case, it was the same. I raised CSE right after 6 months and got response after PPR

The 27th feb ip2 was the biggest sham. There was clearly no IP2. 7 months here too at NDVO. Nothing at all.

I'm about to hit 7 months on the 26th. But this is the first time I've seen them do 3 system updates so close apart in one month..fingers crossed..hope we all get it soon
