I think the point number 2 will be contradict. While applying PR will mean that you want to live in Canada forever, study permit will require you to prove that you will go back to your country.

Thank you for reply but according to this page http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=514&top=15 the international student can apply to express entry . But the page didnot say anything about the scholarship
Yes, I aware of that. you can apply for PR given that your are international student (hold study permit).

But apply for study permit at the same time as PR is the different story. I guess the confuse part is here. As you are applying for the PR you are telling CIC that you don't want to go back. But then when CIC processing your study permit, they want you to prove that you are going to go back, which is contradict. The result will be your study permit rejected and PR application will still going on.

I'm pretty sure that your point 2 is about applying for twos at the same time, not PR after study permit.

And yet, my colleague's wife application for TRV is rejected while she is sponsored by her husband. You have right to not believe.

Even in the link you posted clearly said:

"For example: an applicant for a work or study permit who indicates that they have no intention of leaving Canada has demonstrated only a single intent – permanent residence. This application would be refused, even if the applicant might qualify for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) or the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). This is because the applicant has shown that they do not respect the terms and conditions of temporary residence, should they not qualify for a Permanent Resident stream."

I said "doesn't AUTOMATICALLY lead to a rejection". It's of course up to the applicant to prove their intention is legitimate.

Rejection of your friend's application <> Rejection of everyone else's application

Dude, chill. You can believe whatever you want to believe.

When you are suggesting something to people, are you going to suggest someone to step on the plane when you know there are x% chance that the plane will crash? Even the x might just be like ~0.1?

And the link you post clearly said they "would be refused". Unless, you suggest him to submit. If refused, he just go to court and fight with CIC? What you are saying is logically but not practical by all means.

When he is refused a visa, he will need to declare that refusal every single time he apply a visa to anywhere in the world and provide an explanation. So you want him to go through all of those burdens just to prove you are correct?

We are here to help people to avoid any inconvenience that they might not aware of, Am I right?
