I am 2014 pass out electronics engineer post which I have over 3 years of experience in operations with two firms. Out of the two, my major experience around 30 months has been with a tech start up in the F&B space in the capacity of a Business Operations Manager.Apart from being the key liaison between the company and its clients (Business entities, as our company operated on a B2B model) , following were my key job responsibilities.
1) Primary responsibility included laying down the entire groundwork pertaining to the client’s requirements.
2) Worked in close proximity with the development teams in order to spec out a unique Loyalty based on QR code technology.

6) Prepared detailed presentations enlightening various key parameters such as new customer acquisition, repeat customer activity, customer loyalty as a figure of ROI on a month on month basis for certain marquee clients in India as well as abroad.
7) Prepared detailed projection reports and presentations for fundraising from various investment institutions.
8) Looking after the end to end Quality assurance of the android apps analysing various scenarios and STRs
pertaining to the backend and their corresponding app-side handling.
9) Branded in-app Loyalty wallets, CMS powered websites among the currently shouldered vital projects.
