Am I eligible to apply for the Federal skilled worker (Express Entry) finishing my MBA?

My situation is like this:
1) I have been working as a freelancer for the last 4+ years and my client(s) is ready to give any kind of documents I would ask (letter or recommendation or anything).
2) I have completed my BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology in 2016 from the University of Greenwich.
3) I am doing my MBA major in Human Resource Management and hoping to complete by December 2018.
4) As a freelancer, I have been working as a computer programmer (Software Robots Developer) to automate various tasks to save time and money.

Here are my questions:
1) Will I be considered as self-employed although the employment was started before I completed my BSc (Hons)?

2) Although my BSc (Hons) was related to technology and I am doing my MBA major in HRM is that a problem to claim myself as a computer programmer?

3) I have worked as a freelancer for a Canadian company for almost 1 year and the client is willing to provide me kind of letter or recommendation or anything, will that help me anyway?

4) What will be the best time to apply as a Federal skilled worker (Express Entry) for me considering my MBA (Master's degree) will be complete by December 2018?

Looks like part of my question was not submitted properly. I meant to say which doctor people seem to suggest the most from the CIC list?

Dear All,
I have recently got my Passport Request from the Singapore office, against my MPNP PR application. Need your expert opinion on some queries:

1. They have asked for my and my spouses passport, though my Eligibilty, Background check is in process status !! is it normal ?
2. The validity of my Current passport is going to be expired in next few months, so i have recently renewed my Passport to a new one. In my PPR mail they have mentioned that, the passports validity must me atleast 12months. So, i must have to submit my new passport to them, but the Information of my new passport is not mentioned in my PR application. Will it be a problem if I submit the new one without mentioning any where? If I need to mention, where will it be ?
3. After submitting the Passports how much time it is needed to get them back? They have asked for my Passports but in the mail they have mentioned "This letter is not a guarantee that a visa will be issued to you" !! So, in what purpose they have asked for it ?
4. If you have any experience regarding Dhaka VFS centre please share like Fees, processes etc.

Hey!

I have many questions related to proof of funds which are as follows.

1. Do I have to maintain a minimum of 6 months balance before I receive ITA? (Applicant is a 30 year old single male)
2. If I have 50% of P.O.F balance with me , can I add the remaining amount post ITA in a span of 90 days? Will this be a problem?
3. Since which date will they back-track 6 months of balance for proof? Is it from the date of ITA, or from the date of paid EE application submission post-ITA, or just before when they proceed for visa verification?
