if a women lands in Canada and becomes a Permanent Resident(she was sponsored by her husband ) and two months later their child is born. Would the birth of their child have any effect on her permanent residence after she lands in Canada?

sorry I have another question. so if her husband initially tried to sponsor her but the application was refused as the officer believed it to be marriage of convenience. They filed an appeal and she is currently pregnant . will that affect the appeal decision ?
So she actually isn't a PR if it is in the appeal process. You may have to pay for the delivery depending on the delivery. You may also struggle to get a visa to enter Canada. Children don't guarantee that it is not a marriage of convenience.
