PR application stuck after AOR.

Hi,

I had received my eAOR on November 20, 2017. My application has been stuck till now (8+ months). I have passed the Medicals. There was another issue though.

While submitting my documents post-ITA, I had submitted an ECA report by WES. This report had erroneously showed my Master degree as "One-year Master's degree from an unrecognised institution". Since every thing else was alright and my points added up to 459, I guessed the ECA might have been the issue.

So, I asked for my GCMS notes, which I received on April 5, 2018. In there, in a note written by an Immigration Officer, I noticed that he/she had mentioned my education as Bachelor's Degree. I received my new ECA (this time via ICES) which fully recognised my Master degree with Canadian equivalency as "One-year Master's degree". I received this new ECA on June 5, 2018.

Since then, I have emailed and submitted my new ECA to CPC-CTD-Ottawa email ID twice. I also submitted the same using the IRCC Webforms twice.

There has been no update on my PR application. The status still shows "Review of eligibility -> We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.". This has been the status since the time I first submitted my PR application. The ONLY thing that changed was that I had passed the medical exam.

What do I do now? I feel helpless.

Should I assume this Express Entry profile and the PR application is a dud? And start with a new Express Entry profile? Will I get a partial refund for the existing application? Technically speaking, I guess my application hasn't been rejected or they would have emailed me or updated the status? May be it's lying in the EE dormant pool? Why don't they update my ECA even after emailing to CPC-CTD and IRCC Webforms?

What do I do next? Any help will be much appreciated.

there aren't many changes in the online portal. order your gcms notes to know for sure what's happening.

yeah, some order them once a month. there are no changes to the line of eligibility in the online platform, it's pretty useless. i only had two updates, medicals passed and we are processing your background check, that's all

Will it create a conflict with the existing Permanent Residency application? Since the existing PR application hasn't been given a clear YES/NO.

No you shouldn't have 2 express entry profiles

Once the application is under review it takes sometime for them to revisit the application. I am also feb aor and still stuck with no activity since March
