Travel document stolen abroad

So you lived in Canada for 3 years not 2. Big difference. Not sure why you waited so long to deal with this. It will likely take some time to get your paperwork so that you can go back to Canada so don't book a flight until you know you have your documents. Also report your lost PR card asap.
