I applied through agent but did not receive visa til today so I called her.
She knows a visa officer in Bangalore who told her that online visa getting delayed becoz of lack of resources, don't know wat that means
I asked her when I will get visa
She says Canadian embassy helpline says that processing time is 109 day so I will definadefi receive visa before that and I should make preparations

That is true bt some other applicants on dis website also said 109 daysApril and May online applications are lying unattended .
