Hello all. I have a doubt as to what will happen if my Inland PR application is approved when I'm not in Canada, and travelling elsewhere? I have a PGWP and TRV currently valid till 2024. Will I be able to fly back to canada with this?

There's absolutely nothing we can do, unfortunately, apart from waiting.

Absolutely zero Idea what to do and what not to do. This delay is so unprecedented, all plans are going for a toss. it's better to get in touch with the university and let them know of your status. And keep the option of deferral handy.

Still lying in wait for that elusive visa

I applied on 30th April, Man. I just called the Visa Office in Canada. The automated system says that if we applied after 3rd April, the processing time is 109 Days :/ And if we apply after 18th June, the processing time is only 33 Days. How is it even logically possible? They aren't even...

My classes start from Monday. Looks like I will miss it for sure.

I had sent out a 2nd web form on Monsay, along with a attachment from university that suggests that my course starts on 6th August. And it has been 13 weeks since application. But no response for that too. Sad. I really don't wanna defer. Fingers crossed.

Strange, if true. Why can't the simple "First In, First Out" methodology be followed. Approval or rejection, just give the decisions within the promised processing time.

It is sad to see that paper based applications are being processed faster than Online. The very point of keeping it online is for ease - For both applicants and the visa officers. Nothing like that.

No. I applied from India. But I do remember reading about other folks who applied in Abu Dhabi and facing this delay.

Still waiting. Any other April applicants in the same boat as myself? I applied midnight of 30th April ( I see that someone who applied on the same day has got it). Not sure what's ailing my application.
