I wanted to ask is it wise to purchase a new mobile along with a data plan once i land in canada or its better and cheaper to purchase it from outside
Get it after you land. Most mobile carriers subsidize the cost of the phone if you sign up for a 2 year plan.I wanted to ask is it wise to purchase a new mobile along with a data plan once i land in canada or its better and cheaper to purchase it from outside
Koodo is owned by TELUS and uses the exact same network as TELUS. Further, TELUS and Bell have a network sharing agreement, so Koodo uses the exact same network as Bell as well (and Virgin and Public, etc.). Coverage is exactly the same. There are also Telus and Rogers as main providers. Koodo offers low cost plans but coverage is not that great.
In Ontario, I'm going with Fido.who all are the popular service providers in Canada. Also, in terms of data pack and voice call feature which plan/company is suggested
Why don't you take a look at their websites? Can someone give me examples of available plans?
