I have a question: Do I need to have a US visa to land at the border. Thanks
No you don't, just let the US officer know that you're doing a flag pole, he won't let you cross the border, but he'll send you to the Canadian border to get your PR. (he won't stamp any "denied" on your passport either)Hi everyone, I have been following this thread for a while and it’s been really helpful.

did you get GCMS notes?Good for him. I got through to CIC today and they told me that my file is in background verification. They said it may pass the processing time. There is no telling how long it will take. This is what they said to all those folks who waited for 30+ months. This is the worst they could say to me.
