Hi, I'm an Indian citizen but have traveled to the US on B2 tourist visa many times and my total stay in the last 5 yrs has been more than 6 months (approx an year) so do I need to mention that in my address history? And also would I need a PCC from the US (FBI)?

You will have to mention all of your travels and PCC would be required if you have stayed for more than 6 months continuous.

Thank you so much for your reply. I have not stayed in the US continously for more than 6 months but have been to the US 3 times,
1st trip: 20 days
2nd trip 5 months
3rd trip: 5 months

Do I still need clearance from FBI? All these visits were on tourist/business visa

Technically not required. However, you should know how to get the clearance, in case after IP1, Visa office will ask. (very rarely)
