It completely depends upon your NOC code and if that particular province is in need of that skill. Also if you have a valid job offer or ties to that province (studied in that province or any relative) then this should also make it easier. Again, all provinces have different requirements of their own. Not to disappoint you, but a CRS score of 404 is less likely to receive a PNP nomination when compared to someone in 440`s or 430`s but again there are scenarios where people in mid 300`s also have received this.
