Medical request Apr 10 was submitted May 1 at some point it did say "medical received" but I'm not sure when that happened

Hey guys I just called IRCC and they said to me that my file was transfered from Mississauga to Vancouver ! !!! And when I asked why they said because there is a lot of applications processed in Mississauga so they send some to Vancouver.
Is that true ? ?

A number of other applicants had their file transferred to Vancouver due to increased workload at Mississauga. Speeds up the process.

Ours was the same - transferred to Vancouver before going to our landing office. It's a file sharing / work share thing, nothing to worry about I had called CIC and the lady I spoke to explained that it's just a regular step, doesn't slow things down.

Congrats ! Your medical request came so late ,but the others came so fast . Kind of confused how CIC process every case ...

I don't know how long is Montreal office nowadays to give appointments, but in maximum about two months you should officially become a PR!
