Is it necessary to have words "working in NOC level A/O/B" job in spouse's letter of employment?

Applied from india, it is always best to have noc code mentioned in your employment letter
Can there be a hold back due to this reason? I mentioned the job designation and that that I am permanent, full time employee.

Does the document clearly mention your job duties, work hours, designation etc? If yes, then its fine. But it all depends on the officer, i have seen cases where simple offer letters are attached and those applications are rejected because offer letter do not clearly mention job duties. Its always good to have NOC mentioned just so that you are safe on every officer's page

I have designation, work hours, salary mentioned but not the work duties or NOC. If there is a problem with it and they feel the information is insufficient, will they give a notification for the same or they would make a decision with explanation. I can redo the letter with work duties and NOC but I am not sure if that is wise enough. The application is 11 weeks old now.
