hello if the visa page (to a country other than canada) in my passport has my face and name on it and is within the 5 years eligibilty period does that mean its a biographical page and and I have to include it in my documents?
thanks
You need the biographical pages of all passports which carry stamps relevant to the 5 year period prior to your application, even if they are expired.
The biographical page means the page where it has your name, photo, passport/travel document no., issue date and expiration date.
Although not mentioned by CIC for the application, it may be beneficial to copy the stamped pages and clip those together with the bio pages. The stamps are the most obvious evidence of your absences. The more travels you claim in your residence calculation sheet, the more likely CIC will demand for proof of border entries/exits during the process. They would eventually ask for those anyway if you have multiple travels.
