Proof of work : job status

Could you please help I am a little bit confused, in CIC website as a requirement the proof of work must state :

job status (if current job)

Does it mean if one is still employed by the company or not ? if yes what do they mention later on :

dates worked for the company

hours - full time equivalency

Job title
All of the above need to be covered in the proof
