Once natapos kana sa medical and wala namang nabanggit na issues, assuming pumasa ka, mga ilang days pa bago ma approve yung SP application? Nag submit ako ng sp online around end of Mayand yung medical nalang ang inaantay.
Also pag irequest na yung passport mo for visastamping, mga ilang days pa estimated bago mabaliksayo yung passport mo with the visa?

submitted my application to VFS Makati. I did link my application online to check the progress. It was last July 16 that my application was approved via my cic account but it was only yesterday (July 17) i received an email from vfs. Medyo may konting delay lang sa emails. now i can go to VFS to pick up my passport.

1 year tuition fee paid: June 21, 2018
GIC Paid: June 22, 2018
IELTS Result: July 6, 2018
Application submitted on VFS Makati: JUly 10, 2018
APPLICATION APPROVED: July 18, 2018
SDS approved in 8 days
NBI Done: May 15, 2018

Wala sa medical request yan kasi minsan late dating ng medical request tapos once namedical lalabas agad ang result ng application. Minsan naman after submission ng application after 1 day may medical request na tapos mga after 5 weeks pa lalabas ang result. Nowadays ang estimated processing time ng application nasa 5 weeks.
Having an EE profile is not a reason for refusal.
Appeal means goign to the federal court in Canada to appeal your application using an immigration lawyer. Best to just reapply with a better application. You need the GCMS notes (New name of CAIPS notes) to know the exact reason for refusal not the generic automatic response you get from the visa officer.

Its a course mismatch malamang. Example of course mismatch is Nurse tinapos mo tapos magaaral ka ng Engineering sa Canada. In short hindi naniniwala visa officer na magaaral ka sa Canada. This kind of refusal is one to counter. Better hire a professional.Thanks for your reply.
Actually naka state nman kung ano yung reasons ng refusal. Most likely kc nga may active EE application ako kaya naquestion yung purpose ko.

Ive been honest din kc, I mentioned sa study plan ko about having dual intent, anyways they will see it nman din kasi sa CIC account ko.

Wala pa naman atang nagaapply for January 2019 pero kung meron man malamang 5 weeks average rin processing noon. Yung isang client ko February naapprove pero for Sep 2018 intake sila.Hi mga peeps,
I just wonder I have my(OFW) SP application online for a month na online regular stream. Pro wala pa results whether approve or refuse.

Hoping someone can give some advise. I already got visa but as my passport will expire Aug 2019, my study visa had the same validity.
I renewed my passport after I got my visa and I’ll be able to get the new one soon. However, i just noticed that the Letter of Introduction I received states:
”If you are from a country/territory which requires a temporary resident visa (TRV) ( http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp), you have also been issued a visa. This visa has been affixed in your passport, and is valid for multiple visits to Canada until it expires. If you obtain a new passport before your visa expires, you will need to apply for a new visa. You may do so by visitingwww.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/visa.asp.”
I’m now worried that if I enter Canada to study using my new passport, I’ll face an issue in the port of entry and wont be able to get my study permit.

11 weeks bago naaprove kasi hinanapan ako police clearance sa Libya. Nag explain na lang ako na di ako makakakuha kasi di naman sila nag iissue ng pcc sa non residents tapos pinakita ko ulit mga immigration stamps ko showing umuuwi ako yearly at never akong na ban or blacklisted sa country na yun. Be truthful lang, it helps to read past posts dito..And dami ko natutunan. Binasa ko talaga from page 1 to 791,hehehe..pag kailangan clarification,magtanong...
