Hi Everyone,

My country of origin is India.

I want my parents to pay me a visit in Canada. I am a permanent resident here.

The problem part:
My father is a self-employed businessman and so am not sure about the documents wrt to his business. From what I have googled they say you should pose reasons that you want to go back.

His annual income as per ITR is 5.5L per annum

He doesn't have a business registration as its a small business. But he has a website, trademark information, enough bank balance, a current account etc.

My mother is also self-employed but she has a boutique and again she doesn't have any business registration or any solid proof.

Her annual income as per ITR is 5.0L per annum.

Worst part: My parents already have 2 USA rejections in their history of the tourist visa.

So, can anyone suggest on this? I don't want them to face Canada's rejection because I want them to come here.

Not sure how he was allowed to open a current account without a Shop Act license and/or without other business registrations.

The same point as for your dad's business.

1. Are their businesses registered for GST + Profession Tax, etc?

2. Do they file tax returns for their businesses or is it only personal tax returns?

3. Do they rent office/business commercial property? Hire employees? Do they have credit cards, not debit cards? Can they submit balance sheets? Have they taken any loans for the working capital and/or to buy equipment/machines, etc?
