need help in ECA by WES

I just registered on WES website. Added my Qualifications -

1. Matriculation from CBSE (Not added)
2. Polytechnic Diploma from Punjab State Technical Board i.e. PSBTE & IT (Added)
3. B.Tech from IKGPTU/PTU (Added)

What should be my next step after this? According to me -

1. Request Transcript documents from PSBTE&IT and IKGPTU. But how to do this? I tried requesting through their website but I can't find login/signup option or any other way to request for it. Do I have to personally visit there?

2. How can I request for transcripts?

3. Is there any other step which I have to go through before requesting transcripts from both institutions.

4. What to do after getting transcripts?

5. When will I get a unique Pin number from WES? Do I have to show this Pin no. to my university for getting my documents? If No then Is this Pin No. only required for unique identity to the courier we send?

Note - I requested my Diploma transcript bcoz my B.Tech will not be considered bachelor without ECA of Polytechnic Diploma. Because all the diploma holders do their B.Tech in 3 years whereas non-diploma holders do it in 4 years. As told by a PR holder that ECA of diploma is also required while applying for jobs in Canada.

For PTU, you can request transcripts from their website. They will deliver it to your home and then you can courier to WES.
For Diploma : Sector 34 or 36 Chandigarh, where ever they have office. Mention about the transcripts at counter and they will help you.

I registered on support.ptu.ac.in
to be honest this link sucks. I came to know about this link after calling them. I can't even change the name of my college. Many buttons are not responding. I think I have to go to University myself.

Other thing that I want to know is ... We have to send two documents - 1. is transcript in sealed envelope and 2. is Degree certificate. Right?
Now the thing i want to know here is...Do i have to send degree cert.'s photocopy separately I mean, should I put sealed transcript & photocopy of Degree Cert together in a bigger envelope and then Diploma sealed transcript & Diploma Cert in a bigger envelope together? right?
then after that both of these envelopes in an even bigger envelope? right?

Degree Certificate + Sealed transcript = 1 degree envelope
Diploma Certificate + sealed transcript = 1 diploma envelope

1 degree envelope + 1 diploma envelope = ONE big envelope
So this way one bigger envelope containing two big envelops both of which containing 1 sealed transcript + degree certificate & 1 transcript + diploma certificate.
Is this the right way to do it? Please help me here

No Need to visit University for transcripts. YOU will have to apply online. They take only 7 days to deliver the transcripts to your home.

When requesting for transcripts, upload your degree certificate as well, they will include into your transcript package. Then no need of separate degree certificate required. Else, once you receive package from PTU, you can put that into a bigger envelope including Degree Certificate photocopy. DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE AT ALL.

same envelope. From University and Technical board, get the transcripts and put both in a bigger envelope.
