I just recieved my transcripts of 3 year polytechnic Diploma from head office which is in Chandigarh sector 36. The lady at the counter while giving me transcripts said that I should send/courier it from same sector i.e. sector 36 only or Chandigarh. Otherwise WES will reject my transcripts...
