Hi,
Iam a Dentist with more than 2 years experience from India. Looking for PR. One Agent said I need atleast 7.5 in listening 7in the other 2. And 6.5 in remaining one. So that I get into express entry pool by gaining 67 score. Whats your opinion guys. Is it so difficult to earn that score from IELTS. If so I should register to agency after my IELTS. ?

Forget about agents. Calculate your score yourself with number of possible IELTS scores and if your score is within the biweekly cut off range, start working on IELTS and aim for that IELTS score. No need to register with agents unless you're lazy or your case is very complicated.

You can calculate your fsw eligibility points and CRS by yourselves to see how much you need to score in IELTS. The agency cannot do anything until they have your IELTS and WES report. You can have multiple attempts at IELTS until you have your desired score and then register with an agency if you wish.

Simply getting in the pool means jack. You need an 8 in ielts to have any chance.

That's something many agents use to lure in the the clients

They said I need 7.5 in listening. 7 in remaining two. And atleast 6.5 for the last one

Ignore what agents said, calculate your points first and see what is the total.

As @navinball pointed out getting in the pool is nothing, you need a decent score in IELTS to have a high enough score to get an invitation

Except language skills I have 46 points. From language I need 21 points. 21 can be achieved with7,6.5,6.5 and 7.5 as per visaavenue website right?

You are eligible to enter express entry with that ielts score, however to get an invitation to apply you need at least an 8 based on the current trends

Eligibility score means you only get to the pool. The pool is full of eligible candidates, so the next selection process is via CRS points.

Search for Canada CRS calculator, and you will find official one on CIC website. Use that to calculate your CRS points.

You don’t need to score 8 in all!!!

It all depends on your CRS points, with the current trend, you need to score at least 442 points in CRS to have direct ITA within two draws. Some people get that with just CLB 9 score, that’s 8777 (LRSW). Some need mix of CLB 9 and CLB 10. And others need full CLB10 (8.5,8,7.5,7.5 LRSW).
