Anyone know why Singapore office qoulw send mail to my wife before her security check? They send to the wrong address so they have to resend it. I just wanted to know what that could be.

E-cas indicates our file is "in process". No clue if a background check has commenced.

We haven't heard a thing since January 2018. This is making me a bit nervous. Anyone in a similar situation?

The toll free number indicates an interview is not needed, medical was successful. We are hoping to get a passport request very soon. We are with the LVO. Looking for some input from experts.

* He received pre-arrival letter last Feb.9. (5mos already)

* He received Career Virtual expo emails four times within the span of 4mos.

* Followed-up MVO twice through email last April and June.

* As per MVO, application is still on queue for review. They are unable to provide specific timeframe for the finalization of the application.

* Background Check is not yet started

* DM - no update
* PPR - no update

We are now close to one year processing..

Yup. September applicant here. No change in ecas or gckey. Will be 10months soon. Let's hope for the best .

Did you get any additional document request? Did you mail LVO asking for status of your file?

No, no further requests and I did send LVO a message towards the end of May, but no response from them as yet. They have a disclaimer saying the following: "If you application is within normal processing times you may not receive a reply from the visa office."

AVO applicant. September. No news or movement on file at all. We have June July and August and even a couple November got PPR in our group but no September or October yet.
