Thanks scylla for your reply, but I think it deserves to try to take his chances OR would it affect his file if he got a refusal for his TR ?She can apply for a TRV - no guarantee it will be approved.
TRPs are for people who are inadmissible to Canada (typically due to a crime).
You can certainly try for the TRV. No - there won't be any harm if one TRV is refused. However you want to avoid multiple TRV refusals (e.g. 3+) as this can make it seem like a relationship of convenience where the applicant is trying to get to Canada in any way possible. Thanks scylla for your reply, but I think it deserves to try to take his chances OR would it affect his file if he got a refusal for his TR ?
Hello, Can i ask a question? I am currently working in Singapore and my husband is a Canadian Citizen, I cannot get a police clearance here in Singapore without a request letter from IRCC, I need to submit the consent form instead of police clearance with my application so they can release a request letter, my question is what is the consent letter that we need to submit? Hope you can help me. Thank you .Your welcome.
