Inviting granny (90+ age) from India to visit me (PR) in Canada

Thanks you. So pre-visa requirements, medical tests, and health insurance make sense. Can she be eligible for super visa? I know she won't be living with me permanently, but can she be eligible for super visa? I know super visa allows longer duration to stay than TRV.

Deadline Missed | Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) was requested even though it's provided before!

FYI - When we submit any additional document via web-form, it should take 10 business days as per CIC. However, it takes more days often. For me, it took almost one month. You may also like to know: We were requested to provide an additional document within one month of a deadline. We never...

Deadline Missed | Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) was requested even though it's provided before!

Yeah, it's difficult to say. Also, I have linked the application to the online account, but it has never worked. Neither any message nor any update. I have always followed the email communications, and we used the web-form to submit the PCC when it was requested again. The email from CIC says...

Thanks Wakki, I did the same. I submitted PCC via webform and also mentioned that we miseed the deadline. But the main question, why did they ask the PCC at the first palce, when we already have submitted the PCC with our first Apoplication Package! Also, PCC is not expired.

Spousal Sponsorship in Family Class Outland

I have no idea when CIC says 'Family' to my spouse, is it her family that's just me or her parents and siblings as well. Below is the screenshot, and highlighted line is where I am little confused. That said, my wife is still living with her parents' place.

Hi Hurlabrick, Thanks for the response. This is really helpful. Only confusion is that in country specific checklist they have mentioned 'copies of' for some documents, and for birth certificates no mention of 'copies' nor 'Original'. No mention of copy word makes me think I should provide...
