No B/g inquiry if docs are well prepared and presented? Is this true?

I'm preparing to file for express entry pool.
I consulted some of the most reputed immigration consultants of Chandigarh, India. They are popular and have many clients who got PR through their consultancies.

So my doubts are

1. Most of these consultants told me that CHC (Canadian High Commision) don't do any background inquiry if experience related docs, offer letters etc are well prepared and presented and are according to format. They don't even bother to call. Is this true?

2. Do CHC blacklist a company if they doubt that the company is lying about the applicant's experience or if that company is doing some kind of fraud etc.

3. I'm bit afraid for my b/g check not bcoz I'm lying or doing a fraud but bcoz I'm too much introvert and don't know many colleagues and employees in my company. I only know 4-5 peoples of my team and our HR. Even my HR sometimes forget about my existence in my company. My watchman also don't know much about me although he has seen me going in & out many times. Its all bcoz I was extremely introvert and private person. Never had any friends in organisation. I think this is going to effect my b/g check. This is the reason I'm asking if dos are well prepared do they still do b/g check. Pls help.

4. Also I'm from India and did a job as a software engineer here in a small organization in a small city called Jalandhar, which is in Punjab, India. Although our organization deposits salaries in bank accounts but I chose to take my salary in cash and not in cheques or bank a/c. Though I've stamped & signed salary certificate. Is this going to create any kind of obstacle. Bcoz many immigration consultants told me that they only deal with those cases in which the applicant has received his salary in bank a/c.

BTW my CRS is 440+

Let me first answer your questions and then give you a little perspective on life.

1. Correct - if your paperwork is strong, CIC doesn't call for background checks.
2. Possible, not that I've heard or known any such case myself
3. This is a big RED flag - one of the requirements of the Express Entry process is Job Reference letters which you'll have to get from your company. If your HR doesn't provide you with the letter, the only other option is to get a notarized letter from your manager/colleagues. But if you're so introverted that you don't have any friends - how'll you manage the Job Reference letter?
4. Not that big an issue - CIC asks for bank statements for last 6 months to make sure you have the minimum finances available to support your new life in Canada, and even if you were getting salary in cash, as long as you can show that the minimum funds have been sitting in your account for more than 6 months and not come in your account just 15 days before you applied for Express Entry.

Now comes the perspective on life part:
If you've been an introvert in your home country, where you speak the language, know the place and people; how do you think you'll be able to cope in a foreign country, entirely in English (or French if you go to Quebec) and where you won't know many people. Friends are required to help you in making the transition to a foreign lifestyle and I think you should do some self-introspection as to what's your main reason/driver for immigration to Canada.

Thankyou Prasenjit for replying back.
1. How can I make my paperwork stronger? What should I include? What documents should I show? I'm thinking of showing Offer letter, Appraisal letters, Promotion letter, Experience letter, Appreciation letter, Reference letters, salary certificates (note that I don't have all the pay slips so I'll show stamped salary certificates with all the 25 months salary), ID card, etc. What things should I request my HR/manager to include in these? The only thing that I know is correct mentioning of my designation which is Software Engg. & job duties which is Web Developer & Designer & working hours and days. Should I also mention the programing language and platform I used and worked on? From where can I get a format for these certificates? Can you share any link?
2. I asked it bcoz I heard rumours that the main branch of my company which is in Chandigarh, has sold work related cert. in the past to few peoples, not many but few? Although I don't know if their case got through or not but when I searched News about my organization in Google news there was no related news about it. Not even in newspapers. Its just a rumour I don't know if its true or not? :p
3. As I told you I only communicated with peoples of my team and rarely with any other colleagues. Although they all know me very well but its just I'm not a regular Hi/hello person. I never gossip around.
4. I don't have all the funds in my bank a/c which i'm thinking of using for showing funds. Although my a/c is 4-5 years old and my dad regularly deposited 4-5K for the installments of my motor-bike that too regularly from one year. Does this create any problem? I'm thinking of borrowing money from my parents. One of the consultants told me that even if I'm planning to borrow then I should do it by getting it deposited to my parents a/c and then to my a/c. Bcoz CHC don't care if parents lend money for PoF.

Yeah, I admit that this will create many obstacles for me in a foreign country. And I'm really working on it. I started talking to strangers of all ages in parks, public transports. I'm doing it from last 2-3 months after leaving my job. I'm working really hard on this.

If you don't provide payslips or tax documents, and there is no public information about your company, be prepared for a lengthy background verification.

Hii.. Thnx for replying back.
I have stamped salary certificates which includes salary information both monthly and annually. Do I still have to show monthly salary slips?

My company is ISO 9001 certified and registered. It also has its own website and it is also very popular. I also have my own email on company's domain. Its current office is there from last 7-8 years. My company is legal as far as I know. 98% employees get their salary in bank a/c which I think is not possible if a company is not registered or illegal.

I'm not worried about inquiry. All I'm worried about is the deep inquiry. Bcoz one of cousin who use to work for Shadi.com(a popular Indian matrimonial website) once tried to apply for PR. She was working their for like 3.5 years at the time of applying. When CHC called her office for verification the receptionist didn't understand the Canadian accent they used during call and therefore receptionist told them she don't know my cousin. They rejected her case then and there only. Receptionist was a good friend of cousin. Its all bcoz of her not understanding their accent that my cousin got rejected. This is what I'm afraid of. I can do everything to prove but what if this kinda thing happens?

an officer needs to be highly confident in your employment records to not send it for additional verification. for this you need verification letter with the exact specifications of CIC, salary slips or tax forms. do you have form 16 for each of those years? submit them. unfortunately because of the large number of fraudulent docs roaming around in india, this needs to be done.

Nope. Upto Jan 2018 my salary was not in tax bracket. But from Feb 2018 my salary is in tax bracket. I talked to my immigration consultant about this and he said that I should file my tax now and get tax clearance cert. Although I was gonna file my taxes anyway but still does this filing for tax at this moment just a month before applying for PR will create any suspicion or any kind of negative impact on my case?

What should I do with my documents that officer should feel confident? I can still get all the documents revised as per my needs for immigration, if I want to. My manager is kind enough to do this. He even said that he can make a new offer letter, appraisal letter, salary certificates if there is a need to, according to the format I wanted and the format that is needed and acceptable by CHC.
As I previously said that I don't have any salary slips but I have Salary certificates in which salary of every month is mentioned and it is stamped by my organisation. I can even get it stamped from notary if it is required. Should i do it? or do I have to produce and present salary slips at any cost? Won't salary certificate help and do the job?

Salaru slips arent needed if relative information is included in job letter
