Based on your notes, it appears that the analyst agent recommended a review of your Eligibility by an Officer; specifically your reference letter to verify that the lead statement and main duties of your NOC match your job. I have highlighted the areas (in blue) where I got this info in your notes.
So it appears your file is still being checked for eligibility.

Eligibility assessment is marked for "review" only if there are some concerns.

Based on the GCMS notes I see:

Indication of previous relationships documentation not on file

Also, the documentation for the dependent to travel to Canada is missing, usually in cases of custody after divorce.

Since I am not privy to the application, I cannot say much.

Hey, please what is the status with your application? I just found out my visa office is Montreal too. I am AOR 26 April and would like to know if there have been improvement in your case. That will help me know about how Montreal visa officers treat files. Thanks.

Hello Everyone!

I got my GCMS notes 2 days ago and my Eligibility has "Review Required". After reading agent's notes I believe the issue is that I included all my diplomas and WES degree evaluation but I was missing the transcripts for the Canadian program I studied which makes my CRS score go lower than the ITA round score. According to GCMS, last notes were added on April 11th.

Also, I've been told that my file was being processed in Sydney by a CIC (call center) agent but according to my notes my file has been processed in CPC Ottawa and CPC Vegreville. It is possible it has moved to Sydney since I requested the GCMS notes but not sure.

I wanted to ask if there is any way I can add or send the transcripts to complete my application instead of waiting for an agent to ask for additional documents?

Here is my timeline:

AOR: 21-Mar-2018
Medical Passed: 26-Mar-2018
Criminality Passed: 11-Apr-2018
Eligibility: Review Required
Security: Not Started

Raise a CSE and send the missing transcripts immediately.

hii all,

can any body confirm we should order notes ryt now? my aor is 14th march and there is no update in the file since then? except medical passed? n e body along with me who is stuck at the same status?

Hi, I am in Ip1 since 31 March, 2018. My AOR was 22 March.
