ok try again using the cic calculator, there is a question that asks 'What is your highest level of education' since you have a Bachelor degree and a diploma your answer should be two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees and you will get 457 as your score. All the best

Yeah as Vitesze says the CIC one is the one to consider. Redo the check and ensure you are answering all questions correctly. I'm not sure if there have been changes in IRCC that the Canada visa website has not taken into account.
