I recently completed my medical exam for my permanent residency application, after I was notified to do so.
After completing the exam, the nurse gave me an Information Sheet and told me to scan and upload this to my application, however I see no place to upload this on the website.
Is this something I actually need to do? I've looked on the website everyday for a week trying to find an area to upload this, and I can't figure it out! Maybe I'm just being dumb but I can't find anything!
I had no issue uploading my fingerprints and police certificate earlier, and now I cannot find a place to upload this! Any suggestions?
