I've been a permanent resident for about 2 years now, and im moving to a new city for college. Do I need to update my address somehow?

Hi everyone! Update here -> I got my PPR email in October, and then on November 30th, I got a date set to have my application finalized. On Jan 2nd, I got my application finalized and received my residency.

I doubt it's lost, however there has been a Canadian Post Strike the past 4ish weeks. That's probably the hold up. I assume that they will make accommodations for you if your package is late due to the strike, but I do not know for certain.

I got my pre-arrival letter on Sept 29th, and now its been over 1 month. I did however receive a letter stating that someone from my local IRCC would be reaching out to me, but I've heard nothing for over 3ish weeks. Any advice?
