That's odd..! Wouldn't it be easier for them to just release all details upto the date when they are releasing the notes..! Filtering out notes after date of order is additional work for them too I would guess..!Maybe it all money.. Forcing us to order again for a more recent account of their processing.!
Anyways.. I think would order sometime around mid August then.
