I will go to canada with a temporary travel document and sort everything out and i will apply for sponsorship for my wife from canada but once i do apply cant i come back to lebanon and wait here with my family?
Yes, you are free to do so. Keep in mind though, that you will have to provide evidence that you intend to return to Canada as part of the sponsorship application.

Yes ofcourse i will provide evidence because i do want to come to canada to live there with my family forever.. i have another question for you if you dont mind...

Can we do my wifes medical exam before i leave to canada to get it over with i heard it expires after 1 year?

Normally you will have to wait until the request is made before you can do a medical exam, after you submit the application. Some doctors will do an upfront medical exam which you could submit as part of the application, but it's not standard practice. I can't really give you an answer as to whether it would be possible.

A friend of mine did his wifes medical exam before he even sent the application for sponsorship and the doctor told him the exam lasts one year

A new application process for the spousal sponsorship program came into effect on December 15, 2016. Spouses, partners or dependent children can no longer do an upfront medical exam. Wait for our instructions before going for your medical exam.

Thank you so much that was the most helpful... i am only sponsoring my wife to come to Canada with me so she is the only person that will need a medical exam am i right?

No, non accompanying dependents need them as well, if you have any.

I am canadian born and my 2 year old son is canadian citizen as well i only want to bring my wife to canada so me her and my son can live there forever so who exactly are non accompanying dependents?
