Will my application be returned if some of the documents were issued later than 3 months?

Hello, everyone!

I have a real quick question. Will my application be returned if some of the documents were issued older than 3 months?

I think a few of my documents(such as birth ceritificate & criminal record check) that are 4~5 months old. Do you think this will be a critical reason for return?

Thanks,

Documents must be no older than 6 months so you will be fine but you need to send the application very soon. Time flies fast when you are working on the application.

I had to redo a family registry because my wife one was issued last december before sending my application.

Phew! Glad to hear that it is still the same. I've already sent the application in June. Thanks a lot!

Since you are Korean, I hope you sent the right criminal record check (for investigation materials and including lapsed records) because if it is the wrong one, applicatioin will be returned. It's very hard to get this kind of record now.

My wife brought two different kinds of criminal record check from Korea and I've included all of them to make sure Murphy's Law doesn't bite my ass. :) Thanks!
