Job Bank Question..An employer invites you to apply for a job

Hi all,

We frequently receive notifications from the job bank that an employer has invited to apply for a particular job. I have a couple of questions regarding this:

1. Do the employers know that the potential applicant is not a resident or PR holder and would be out of Canada, waiting for ITA?
2. Has anyone ever heard back from an employer in such a case (after applying)?

Please share your experience/opinions.

You should apply and wait for their response. Have trust in God as well. Human beings can't answer each and every thing.

I also got the same notification but i am yet to apply. Given that you posted this months ago, did u get any feedback from the employers?
