There is another guy on PSA Canada who didn't get the BIL yet but i am not really sure what to do. Go for a CSE (case specific enquiry) or just wait it out. tbh i am not sure.
Thank you for your reply...PSA??what does it mean?? please if you know any link to contact him, can you share with me?

I completed my 15th week today (6 weeks to medical passed) so I’m almost 4 months up. I don’t see any updates on my gckey account though. It only says submitted on 16th may (because I linked it way later, paper application was sent on 13th March) so I hope they are treating my paper app date as my process time yeah?

Also, I am switching jobs so do I need to inform them of this change?
That is an awfully long time to wait, specially when you submitted your application way before hand. But don't worry, after medical usually only good news follows.
As per the job change is concerned, I don't think you can tell them somehow, like there is no method of submitting any documents after you have submitted your application, is there? And since you you got your medical call so many days back, one can only assume that your background check and eligibility was cleared, so there is no need of telling about this when you have simply cleared all their 'checks'
Also, can you please the current status mentioned in front of of each individual row on your GC key account??

Hi guys,

I applied for my study permit back in the start of April. My classes are going to start this coming week. Back in April, the average processing time was around 6-8 weeks so I thought I had a safe buffer with 3 months to go. I was called for an interview in the start of May, during which I was told a final decision would be made in 4 weeks (which obviously wasn't). I passed my medicals last week, but kind of in the dark now. I can't defer my admission either, since I already deferred it last year. What are the odds a decision will be arrived at my file in the few days left this week, given so many applicants from Pakistan are already facing long waiting times after their medicals have been cleared?

Any feedback would be appreciated in this thread. Thanks!

Yeah there is web form that could be submitted with any document.

Nothing is cleared yet because both my BG and eligibility is in process. Status only shows medical passed and rest everything is being reviewed/processed.

Did you go for the interview before medical?
I don’t understand how they are so inconsiderate towards session’s commencement date. Isn’t it obvious to them that we really need to make it in time. I can only ask you to approach your University for help in this matter like maybe defer it for your special case which is genuine.

Hey Guys-

So I submitted my application Mid April and so far besides my biometric nothing else has been updated so far. Its been 2 months and 12 days already. My financial statements are strong, so is the SOP and masters is in the same field as my work experience. I dont get why is it taking so long. I feel like in my case the application is stuck. Is there any way to reach out to them? The session commences in September with just 2 months remaining I have lost all hope..
