Hello Guys,

Can someone who have done theire EOI please help me with this.

Yestarday I submitted my EOI profile and I did not receive any points under Arranged employment.

My LMIA was issued on Nov 2016 and the assement Expired on Dec 2016.
I have a Work permit for two years and I have been working with the same company for 1 year.

Here are answers to the questions in the form.

Does Pavan have a certificate of qualification from a Canadian province or territory?
NO

Does Pavan have a job offer in Canada?
YES

Is this job offer for work that is Full time :
YES

Is this job offer for work that is non-seasonal?
YES

Four digit NOC code : 5---

How many employers made this job offer?
1

An embassy, consulate or high commission in Canada?
NO

An employer on the list of ineligible employers with the Government of Canada?
YES

Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada?

I'm having similar issue. Arranged Employment 50 points not awarded. Would you spot the error? Thanks.

I'm on ICT permit, LMIA exempt.
