NOC is one my biggest concerns for some reason. Just curious, how did any of you other June AOR’s get letters from current employers without feeling like you risked your job?...Just hoping that my noc matches and gets recognized

I went straight to my HR contact and only told him the reason when he asked. He said people need letters like that all the time for things like visas and stuff (we are an international company), so I didn't feel so bad saying it was for Canadian PR. I think @moose17 did the same but told them a different reason, like it was a personal finance matter.NOC is one my biggest concerns for some reason. Yep! I have a few friends who know all kinds of HR things and they said they're common for loans too. I don't even remember if my husband just said personal matter or financial matter but it was one of those two, and we had a little story ready just in case he was pushed to explain (it would have been that I was looking at a small business loan for expanding my freelance work). As my husband worked in a conservative company and planned to work there until the move (and we're US citizens, so he's not someone who could lay out reasoning like "this H1B situation stinks so I'm pursuing this for stability", which many would understand and sympathize with), it was very very important to keep our plans quiet.I went straight to my HR contact and only told him the reason when he asked. they are reviewing it, what is there to be concerned about?Hello all,
We are FSW-O with June 14th AOR, and seeing the trend on this forum, I was expecting to pass medical exam today. Out upfront medical was done on June 12th. However, when I checked my application status this morning, it says - “we are reviewing the results of your medical exam”.
Is it something concerning? Has anyone seen this? Any help is appreciated.
I should say I’m more curious than concerned because not everyone sees this stage. Also, I saw online that people sometimes get stuck at this stage for a long time.they are reviewing it, what is there to be concerned about?
No. You have nothing to worry about. It does take about 2 weeks or more to pass medicals. I think 6/12 AOR's have passed medicals yesterday. You can take a look at the excel tracker to see the trend by exact category!Hello all,
