Hello Folks,

We finally got the ECAS updated with the Line speaking about OATH Ceremony... 1 day later than the status was updated ... The ceremony is scehduled for Jul 26 @9 AM... Waiting for the letter... Thank you all for the help..

my citizenship application was received by the sydney office on 4th december 2017 and returned to me by 22nd june 2018 because there was a slight error in my physical calculation sheet, i will be reapplying on 27th june again with the necessary change....how to i request them to process my application immediately as i have already lost 7 months....please advise?

Sorry to hear that. This is really a messed up situation. There is only one way to consider your application before anyone's else is "Urgent Processing" but you must have a probable cause to justify the Urgent Processing and even if you justify its upto the CPC Office that they may or may not consider it urgent but you can try that.

About the GCMS note, I would like to say that it's a good way of getting an update of your file, however, trust me, if you call CIC agent he/she will read the latest information from GCMS dashboard (that's all they have access to).
So either you wait for almost a month to receive your notes or call CIC agent to ask him/her to read your latest update from GCMS. Both the same but up to you.

4) We sent you a notice on April 25, 2018 to appear and write the citizenship test on May 30, 2018 at 12:45 PM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

5) We sent you a notice on June 22, 2018 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on July 25, 2018 at 9:00 AM. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
