I submitted the updated forms along with pcc and medical in mid May and I haven't heard anything back yet

We received our passports with VISa last week.

Congratulations. Wow six and a half years wait! Remarkable patience and tenacity. You are a great inspiration for all of us. We need these virtues in plenty. Wait time for hearing has gone up in last couple of years by atleast 6 months.

Our Hearing date is 08-08-2017. We are living in Edmonton and We believe Our lawyer submit Notice of appeal in Regional IAD Office [Vancouver] which is Responsible for the residents of Edmonton/Alberta. Now My Question is Where the hearing will take place in Vancouver or Edmonton? How can we Find this out?

congrats for the hearing and all the best !! is it a full hearing or ADR, I have mine in Calgary, how long was your wait and did you get enough time to reply and say yes,

usually the office is at the bottom of the letter you get from them so please keep me posted or private message me. My appeal was filed in Nov 2016.
